- Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually
- Bonus: 7.5% annual salary bonus

- Maintain compliance with all corporate, divisional, and regulatory requirements
- Serve as the subject matter expert for U.S. import and export regulations
- Lead customs and trade compliance initiatives at the site and divisional level
- Respond to Customs Broker Requests for Information accurately and on time
- Collaborate with logistics, purchasing, and materials management teams on customs matters
- Deliver targeted compliance training to internal stakeholders
- Support corrective actions resulting from corporate customs and trade compliance assessments
- Ensure accurate classification, valuation, and country-of-origin determination for all imports
- Liaise with affiliates and third-party suppliers to ensure compliant import documentation
- Analyze import/export data to identify compliance risks and cost-saving opportunities
- Provide analytical support for CBP Requests for Information, Post-Entry Amendments, and Prior Disclosures
- Support reconciliation reporting related to price adjustments, royalties, and financial elements
- Conduct Free Trade Agreement (FTA) eligibility assessments to optimize duty savings
- Perform additional duties as required
- Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
- 5-6+ years of experience in import/export operations, international trade, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related discipline
- Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) or Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
