• A consultant within the Banking Consulting practice focused on Business and Technology Transformation in the wholesale lending industry.
• Support the development of lending offerings and delivery of transformational consulting projects.
• Re‑imagine world‑class operating models for wholesale credit institutions and manage the implementation of wholesale credit systems.
• Develop next‑generation wholesale credit technology offerings.
• Define transformation value, measure and track success, facilitate design thinking and customer journey workshops.
• Build strong client relationships, including developing C‑suite relationships, and drive business development through proposals and SOWs.
• Identify and advance new business opportunities and collaborate with senior management. Travel may be required.

• 2+ years professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with engagement management and business development experience.
• Demonstrable experience on an nCino project or consulting engagement.
• Banking industry experience within business, commercial, or corporate lending segments.
• Business and technology expertise across the end‑to‑end wholesale credit lifecycle (sales, origination, fulfillment, portfolio monitoring).
• Experience with commercial lending platforms such as nCino, Loan IQ, AFS, ACBS.
• Ability to provide solutions to complex business problems and interact with senior management.
• University degree and fluency in English required.

• French speaking preferred.
• nCino/Salesforce certifications.
• Advanced degree or financial industry certification.
• Banking industry and/or system certifications.
• Experience delivering complex projects.
