This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst located in Ottawa, ON. The Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying business needs, gathering and analyzing requirements, and defining processes to improve efficiency and performance. This role includes collaborating with stakeholders, preparing documentation, and acting as a bridge between technical teams and business units to ensure project objectives are met effectively.

• Strong Analytical and Business Analysis skills to evaluate data and identify business solutions
• Expertise in Business Processes and Business Requirements to support organizational goals and improve workflows
• Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders and teams effectively
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work on complex business challenges independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant experience in the technology or staffing solutions industry is advantageous
