Eligible for reliability clearance required
Working onsite in the National Capital region, the Proposal Specialist will assist by coordinating, supporting, and participating in various proposal work streams. In this role you will champion best practices for developing compelling proposals, contributing to and/or authoring proposal content.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
.Conducts daily procurement searches on platforms such as MERX, Canada Buys, and other Formats
.Reviews CVs and handles gridding municates with internal and external client authorities to submit questions, clarifications, and bid proposals.
.Develops and updates templates for RFx and other internal requirements, including Technical, Financial, and Certification bid documents, based on amendments.
.Coordinates proposal content created by teams in collaboration with the Proposal Manager and/or Proposal Director throughout the bid cycle
.Accountable for SharePoint Management
.Oversees the final RFP submission to ensure proper formatting
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
.Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a document manager role or similar
.Expert knowledge of MS Suite
.Federal government RFx experience preferred
.Highly organized, attention to detail
.Positive, flexible, team-oriented approach with the willingness and desire to work as a part of a multidisciplinary team
.Self-motivated and independent
.Excellent oral and written communication skills
CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,–$,. This role is an existing vacancy.
