You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Workday applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Engagement Director,you’llwork as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing the implementation lifecycle for Dayforceprograms from bid management through to discovery, development, testing,deploymentand post-implementation review
Acting as the key client interface between functional and technical teams and the client
Offering experience within
HR/Talent/WFM/Pay/Analyticssolutions toprovidefunctional insight andthought-leadership
Providing project management leadership and guidance to clients and colleagues
Managing all aspects of project delivery including project planning, resourcing, milestone tracking, customersatisfactionand where required project oversight working with aManageror Senior Manager level Engagement Managers
Leading and supporting blended teams of colleagues,clientand partner resources to share knowledge and develop an integrated delivery approach
Whenrequiredprovide coaching to fellow Engagement Managers on project delivery
Experiences and skills
you’ll
use to solve
Full lifecycle project management experience implementing
Dayforcewithin a consulting and/or IT services environment
Direct experience implementing
Dayforce, ADP,Workday, Oracle, SAP/Success Factors, People Soft, or similar applications
Consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company.
Proventrack recordof business development skills
Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills and passion for customer service
Strong business writing skills with experience in the production of business cases, requirement documentation, tender documents, contracts, statements of work and change requests
Demonstrable success inidentifyingand takingappropriate actionon opportunities foradditionalbusiness
Working with a sales team, the ability to provide effective pre-sales support whenrequired, including estimatingviable, winning solutions
Strong commercial judgement, with a proventrack recordin the execution of contract and commercial terms applying to the project
Experience of running a diverse and remote team
Fluent English(French will be asset)
