This role is accountable for supporting Green Shieldadministrationpartnersfrom a pharmacy benefit management (PBM) perspective. This work includes developing PBM-related strategiesanddevising and leading PBM projects to support the Green Shieldadministrationbusinesspartners.

  • Devise and lead PBM projects to support thegrowth ofthe

  • Participates in Green Shield’s Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee; acts as a subject matter expert bringing to inform drug benefit evaluation and listing decisions.
  • Provides guidance on formulary development, drug benefit administration and drug claims adjudication while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and pharmaceutical manufacturer landscape toidentifyopportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Working closely with internal teams, such as operations, sales, marketing, and supporting functions, to ensureoptimalproject and program delivery.

  • 5+ yearsof experience within pharmacy benefit management or related field
  • Strong working knowledge of the regulatory and competitive environment for prescription drugs and pharmacy benefits; awareness and ability toanticipatekey trends
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build andmaintainstrong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel when required
