Position: Office Coordinator – The Agency

Our team is growing! The dynamic team at The Agency Ottawa is expanding, and we are looking for new talent to join us on this exciting journey! We are a franchised real estate agency, part of a well-established and internationally recognized network with a strong and established brand identity. As part of the development of our local initiatives, we are seeking to strengthen our team by hiring an Office Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations, recruitment efforts, and broker experience.

Office

Coordinator – The Agency Ottawa Responsabilites:
  • Provide administrative support to the office and management team
  • Support recruitment efforts (posting roles, screening resumes, coordinating interviews)
  • Act as a point of contact for brokers, candidates, and external partners
  • Support the organization of meetings, events, and broker interactions
  • Represent the agency professionally in the office and at events when required
  • Contribute positively to office culture, energy, and overall atmosphere
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in administration, coordination, hospitality, or client-facing roles is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a polished and professional presence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
