Sales & Executive Support Coordinator – Hybrid (West End Ottawa)

Salary: $70,000 per year

About the Role:

Join a fast-growing Canadian company delivering innovative solutions that enhance durability, sustainability, and aesthetics in residential and commercial environments. This hybrid role blends sales support with executive assistance, offering variety and exposure across the business. You’ll help qualify and prioritize new sales leads, engage with clients, and assist in reconnecting with past customers. Additionally, you’ll work closely with the CEO to manage their calendar, prepare materials, and support key priorities and projects.

This role offers flexibility to work remotely, with the expectation of occasional on-site work in Ottawa’s west end.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Client Engagement
  • Qualify inbound leads and triage daily inquiries for urgency and potential
  • Communicate professionally with clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings
  • Coordinate timely follow-ups to ensure leads are nurtured effectively
  • Re‑engage past or inactive clients to uncover new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Hub Spot experience is an asset)
Executive Support
  • Manage CEO’s calendar, emails, and meeting logistics
  • Track and prioritize tasks to ensure alignment with CEO objectives
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and briefing materials
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, file management, and special projects
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, executive support, or a similar dual‑role position
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Hub Spot preferred), Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office
  • Post‑secondary education in business, communications, or a related field (an asset)
  • Professional, reliable, and proactive mindset
