Full-Time | $55,000–$65,000 per year
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

A well-established, seasonal service‑based organization in East Ottawa is seeking a Bookkeeper to support day‑to‑day financial operations. This is a full‑time, onsite role within a growing team environment.

• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date bookkeeping records
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Prepare invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances
• Manage payroll processing and related remittances
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end financial reporting
• Maintain general ledger and ensure proper coding of transactions
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking as required
• Liaise with external accountants and support audit or tax preparation as needed

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Proficiency with accounting software - SAGE 50 is a must
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, seasonal environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach

• Salary range: $55,000–$65,000
