About the Job
Ruan is hiring Class A CDL drivers in Otsego, MN, to run a dedicated shuttle to support our customer. This position will be hauling dry van trailers with an occasional flatbed load from our Otsego distribution center to the Gwinner, ND, manufacturing plant and back to Otsego. PayAverage $85,000 - $100,000 per year while earning $0.58 per mile, $22 per stop, and an additional $75 when working a 6th day. Drivers earn an average of $1,600 per week and are paid weekly. PM drivers after 4 p.m. will earn an additional $0.03 per mile!
ScheduleBe home daily with a Monday through Friday schedule, and every 4th Saturday. This account has set schedules and consistent routes; we re currently hiring for multiple schedules.
EquipmentDrive brand new 2025 Freightliner Day Cabs, hauling dry van trailers with occasional flatbed loads. All loads will be no touch but will require load securement. Finished Bobcat equipment loaded and unloaded by Bobcat employees; drivers responsible for load securement using chains and D-rings.

Minimum Requirements- Must be at least 22 years or older
- No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
- No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
- Additional qualifications will apply
- With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile .gov before being hired
- 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
