Our Shop team ensures that field crews have safe, functional, and reliable equipment. You’ll play a critical role in supporting field crews by keeping our fleet operational, reliable, and ready to perform. • Support inventory tracking of parts and materials; help monitor usage and restocking needs.
  • Maintain accurate daily logs and repair records in accordance with company documentation standards
  • Test equipment and vehicles after repairs to ensure reliability and performance.

  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills, with experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical labor as part of repairs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and grow into heavier equipment maintenance over time.
  • Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and following established procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and reliability.
