We are seeking an energetic and motivated Production Technician Lead to join our growing dynamic team! The ideal candidate will be driven, innovative, compassionate, believe in the goodness of people and cannabis, and enjoy the one team, one dream motto. The Production Technician Lead will assist the manufacturing team in the production, packaging, and labeling of cannabis‑based medicines. This position reports directly to the Production Manager.

• Assist the Production Manager in organizing daily activities of the Production Techs in the Production Department.
• Assist the Production Manager in setting up and organizing daily activities for the optimal performance of the Production Department.
• Assist the Production Manager in organizing daily activities of the Production Techs in the bottling process.
• Report to the Production Manager on all activities within the department to review potential improvements or adjustments to operational/growth plans.
• Ensure production techs are meeting quality specifications for proper packaging, labeling, and workmanship.
• Ensure production techs are adhering to company SOPs.
• Ensure the production team adheres to a rigorous schedule, ensuring actions are done accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage inventory in the Seed to Sale system based on completion of packaging tasks.
• Assist the Production Manager with managing packaging stock, and advise the Production Manager of required re‑orders.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all assigned areas.
• Report any production issues or quality defects to the Production Manager.
• Work independently as well as operate as part of a team.
• Adhere to strict sanitation practices throughout the facility.
• Establish and perform routine warehouse inventory management physically and electronically.
• Unload, unbox, and record incoming inventory.
• Ensure that receiving items match purchase orders and meet quality standards.
• Keep an organized warehouse supply.
• Restock production supply in the designated area.
• Participate in weekly meetings with other Managers for accurate inventory management.
• All other duties as required by the Production Tech job description.
• All other tasks, as determined by the General Manager and Production Manager to ensure smooth supply of warehouse inventory.

• One year of experience in manufacturing or a related field required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees in the organization.

Ability to communicate orally with management and other co‑workers is crucial. Regular use of the telephone and e‑mail for communication may be required. Sitting or standing for extended periods is common. Hearing and vision within normal ranges are essential for normal conversations, to receive ordinary information, and to prepare or inspect documents. Some heavy lifting may be required, with exertion of up to 50 lbs.
