- Oversee the daily delivery of high-quality, person-centered services in accordance with Minnesota Statute 245D and R&M Welty, Inc. policies.
- Ensure compliance, staff supervision, documentation accuracy, health and safety oversight, and maintain smooth operations at assigned sites.
- Serve as the key liaison among the persons served, staff, guardians, case managers, and the administrative team.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team while upholding person-centered and professional standards.
- Proficient in computer/technology, documentation, communication, organization, and time management.
- Minimum of 1 year or more of management and/or leadership experience
- 1 year of full-time experience in direct care and 50 hours of relevant training preferred.
- Must meet Minnesota 245D Designated Coordinator qualifications. We are willing to provide training on 245D regulations.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver s license and reliable transportation.
