Support Workers - Shrewsbury and Dudley

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in a number of residential Settings. The ideal candidates will have experience working with adults and individuals living with learning disabilities as well as Autism. Additional experience supporting people with life-changing conditions, including stroke.

• Minimum 1 year UK experience in care, nursing, or residential settings
• Valid Right to Work in the UK
• Up-to-date DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to supporting others
• Full UK Driving Licence an added advantage

• Support residents with personal care and daily activities, ensuring comfort and dignity.
• Assist adults and people living with Learning Disability and Autism in a kind and patient manner
• Work with the care team, reporting any changes and helping maintain a safe, friendly environment.
