We are inviting applications for a motivated and skilled Nurse Associate to join our dedicated community services team based at St Martins Hospital, Bath
.
This is a full-time role offering a fantastic opportunity to provide high-standard, holistic, person-centred nursing care within the local community.
AboutThe Role
As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care for patients on the district nursing caseload. You will operate with a breadth of knowledge across the lifespan, embodying the core values of nursing care: compassion, competence, communication, courage, care, and commitment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality, holistic, person-centred care to people of all ages in a variety of settings.
- Carrying out a wide range of duties as delegated by a suitably registered practitioner.
- Working without the direct supervision of a registered practitioner within your own limitations and a clear competency framework.
- Remaining accountable to the appropriate registered practitioner and strictly adhering to all policies and standard operating procedures.
- Learning and developing a wide range of competencies specific to the community healthcare setting.
We are looking for an individual who is committed to professional standards and patient well-being.
Essential Requirements:
- You must have completed the Nurse Associate Foundation Degree.
- You must be equipped with the knowledge, understanding, skills, attitudes, and behaviours relevant to employment as a Nurse Associate.
- You must act in strict accordance with the NMC code of professional standards of practice and behaviours for Nursing Associates.
- A commitment to collaborative working within a wider multidisciplinary team is essential.
