The successful candidate will be responsible for creating manufacturing and product drawings with the use of 3D modelling software.

Mechanical Design Engineer Job Overview

* Creating product, assembly and manufacturing drawings with the use of 2D and 3D modelling software

* Working closely with the wider engineering teams including production, sales and quality

* Assisting the creation of electrical schematic drawings

* Ensuring drawings are compliant to ISO
9001 quality standards

Mechanical Design Engineer Requirements

* Previous experience within a Mechanical Design Engineering role

* Proficient in the use of 3D modelling software, such as Autodesk Inventor or Solidworks

* Based in a commutable distance of Ellesmere, Shropshire

* Good organisational skills

* Salary £35,000 - £45,000, depending on experience

* Monday to Friday, full-time, permanent position. Early finish Fridays.

* Holiday allowance and pension
