• Process new business following company procedures and processes.
• Maintain relationships with clients and enhance the company's profile in the community.
• Handle new and existing client communications and queries.
• Support and manage new and existing enquiries.
• Develop and maintain internal relationships to ensure business flow and meet agreed targets.
• Support onboarding of new clients into the business.
• Maintain client review communications.
• Work with the Client Services team to address client and internal queries.
• Support delivery and achievement of client service standards.
• Communicate client improvement feedback and maintain records.
• Manage individual workflow and task delivery.
