They work closely with medical teams in multiple specialties such as bariatrics, cardiology, ENT, general surgery, and obstetrics, ensuring patient safety and comfort. This role includes emergency call duties, use of EMR systems, and offers competitive compensation with benefits and professional development support.
PositionDetails:
- Assignment Type: Permanent (PERM)
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
- Setting: Inpatient
- CRNAs take 2nd call for backup emergency cases and OB monitoring.
- Call schedule: 1 weekday per week & 1 weekend per month.
- Current Staffing: 4 MDs (including Chief), aiming to increase to 6.
- CRNAs: Currently 5, looking to expand to 6.
- Some supervision of CRNAs.
- Annual Volume:
- 900 inpatient OR cases
- 5,000 outpatient cases (including endoscopy)
- 450 births per year
- Anesthesia Sites: Up to 7 at a time (4 ORs / 3 Endo suites).
- Bread & Butter Cases in Specialties Including:
- Bariatrics
- Non-invasive Cardiology
- ENT (including healthy pediatrics)
- General Surgery
- GI
- Orthopedics
- Urology
- OBGYN
- EMR: Meditech
- Salary: Highly competitive $325K
- Sign-on Bonus: $50K
- Relocation Reimbursement: Up to $10K
- Student Loan Repayment: $30K total ($10K/year for 3 years) (if applicable)

- $5,500 annual CME, dues, and licensure reimbursement
