• Support and expansion of existing customers in the field of public transport and mobility.
• Identification of growth potential and development of strategic customer relationships.
• Management and coordination of projects in close collaboration with internal departments.
• Offer and contract management, including budget and deadline monitoring.
• Support with tenders and presentations to decision-makers.
• Monitoring of project results and reporting to management.

• Project management training or similar.
• Language skills :
  French at C1 level or higher, and German or English (at least B2 level).
• 2-5 years of professional experience in account management or project management, ideally in the public transport sector or related industries.
• Communication and negotiation skills as well as a strong customer focus.
• Enjoyment of intercultural collaboration in a dynamic, multilingual environment.
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented work style.
