CNC Lathe Machinist

This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Ossian, IN, for a CNC Lathe Machinist. The CNC Lathe Machinist will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC lathe machines. Day‑to‑day tasks include interpreting blueprints, monitoring machine operations, conducting quality control checks, performing routine maintenance on machinery, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Proficiency in running a CNC Lathe
• 5+ years experience (Okuma Preferred)
• Proficient with G & M Codes
• Familiarity with Mastercam a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving abilities
