Aqumen Recruitment is excited to be hiring on behalf of a leading manufacturing and supply business based in Ossett, WF5.We are seekingmanufacturingto join an exciting temp-to-perm opportunity within their manufacturing factory.

Shift Pattern:

• Working Monday-Fridayon a 3-week rota:
• Week 1: 06:00 AM - 14.00 PM
• Week 2: 14.00PM - 22.00 PM
• Week 3: 22.00PM - 06:00 AM

For the first 4-5 weeks you will be working MONDAY-THURSDAY 12 HOURS 6AM-6PM OR 6PM-6AM AN FRIDAY 8 HOUR  Or - THEREAFTER it will go to the 8hr rotational shift.

• This rota may change depending on company requirements.
• Pay rate:£12.21 per hour

Job Description:

As a manufacturing Operative, you will play a vital role in supporting the production of high-quality tiling products in a fast-paced factory environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the manufacturing and assembly of tiles.
• Operating machinery to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Handling materials, conducting quality checks, and collaborating with the team to maintain smooth production.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Key Requirements:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail.
• Comfortable with physical tasks, including manual handling.
• Strong teamwork skills and effective communication.
