Elevation HR are proud to be working exclusively with a leading international B2B type Business as they look to appoint a standalone, HR Advisor for their UK site in Ossett on a full-time, permanent basis.

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30am-17:15pm

As a generalist HR Advisor you will be responsible for managing the HR function for this manufacturing and distribution company with external support if required. You will act as a key point of contact for employees and management and oversee the facilities function for head office and ensure health and safety is maintained to a high standard.

Responsibilities as HR Advisor include:

• Act as a trusted HR advisor, supporting managers across employee relations, performance, absence and policy application
• Ensure HR policies, processes and practices remain legally compliant and up to date
