Overview
Arandell, a leader in high-quality print manufacturing, is excited to welcome an Industrial Electrical Technician Trainee to our Maple Grove, MN, team. This is a great opportunity for someone with an electrical education or two years of related experience who’s ready to launch or grow a career in industrial maintenance. In this role, you’ll receive hands-on training while learning to support and maintain our advanced high-speed printing and binding equipment alongside experienced technicians.

This full-time position works a 6 PM to 6 AM shift
, 3-4 days per week
, and offers a pay range of $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
, depending on your experience.
- Learn to troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment with guidance from experienced technicians.
- Use basic electrical testing tools such as digital multimeters and computers to support diagnostics.
- Help with preventative maintenance tasks using work orders and maintenance schedules.
- Assist in the installation, modification, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and systems.
- Support building electrical work including running conduit, pulling wire, and replacing lighting.
- Performs work in a safe manner following OSHA and NFPA 70E guidelines.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical prints.
- Knowledge of VFD’s, AC motors, DC drives, and DC motors.
- Knowledge of PLCs with an understanding of ladder logic
- Basic computer skills.
- Weekend availability.
- Experience working with and troubleshooting motion control systems preferred.
- Capable of designing and implementing small projects (preferred).
