Staff Pharmacist role focused on supporting the Pharmacy Manager, overseeing the Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, and managing all aspects of the pharmacy operations. This includes patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention and workflow management.

A key component of the Staff Pharmacist role is keeping customers and patients healthy through adoption and management of patient care programs. Additionally, you will:

• Motivate, inspire and develop Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments to maximize strengths and address development opportunities

• Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
• No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.

  The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is: $60.00 - $76.00
• The base pay offer will depend on factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range.
