LPN Float Pool Position Summary

Pick your own shifts at various locations based on the needs of Monarch Healthcare Management. This is a full‑time or on‑call position with weekend requirements. Travel is expected.

The LPN participates in the development and modification of the resident Plan of Care, implementing interventions that are delegated, ordered, or prescribed by the RN or physician. Under supervision of the RN and in accordance with the Minnesota BON standards, the Resident’s Bill of Rights and the facility QAPI program, the LPN provides residents with the highest quality of direct routine care.

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota License as a Practical Nurse.
• Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care or willingness to obtain one upon hire.
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living facilities.
