Bachelor’s Degree required

  Experience:
  
  Playing or Coaching Background in the sport of Women’s Flag Football
• C.Abilities:
  Demonstrated talent in building cohesive teams;
• Independent decision making and ability to exercise good judgment;
• Good written and oral communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and as a team member to complete assigned tasks and meeting deadlines;
• Organizational skills, time management, relationship building, and communication skills essential;
• Willingness to work long hours.

Director of Athletics

Assistant Coaches, Graduate Assistant coaches, Student Coaches and Managers

• A. Administer your sport in total compliance with William Penn, NAIA (National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics) and HAAC regulations and guidelines.
• B. Monitor and stay within the parameters of the Women’s Flag Football budget. All purchases need to be approved by the head coach.
• C. Assist with recruiting and retaining student‑athletes.
• D. Attend Athletic Department meetings.
• E. Assist with coordination of travel plans with the Transportation Director.
• F. Be a positive role model for athletes and monitor discipline procedures within your sport.
• G. Encourage/monitor attendance and academic performance as directed by the head coach.
• H. Assist with annual inventory.
• I. Conduct yourself in a professional manner and display good sportsmanship at all times.
• J. Fulfill all obligations, as established by your program, for the NAIA Champions of Character initiative.
• K. Be loyal and supportive of the Staff, Faculty and Administration.
• L. Always follow the Chain of Command.
• M. Cooperate and communicate with the Training Staff
• N. Assist with the supervision of other athletic events as needed by the administration.
• O. All Other duties as assigned.

Performance will be the responsibility of the Head Women’s Flag Football Coach.
