About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Representative to expand Corrim’s footprint. This position is ideal for a relationship-builder who thrives in a technical sales environment and enjoys collaborating with architects, general contractors, distributors, and facility owners. The role blends business development, account management, and project support, offering autonomy to shape the success of your region while working closely with a supportive national sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new business opportunities, meet defined sales targets, and increase Corrim’s market share.
- Identify, qualify, and engage new accounts in all applicable sectors.
- Build and strengthen long‑term relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through ongoing support.
- Conduct presentations and lunch‑and‑learns with architects and contractors to ensure Corrim’s products are specified and preferred.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and technical information in coordination with estimating and operations teams.
- Monitor project bid calendars, regional construction activity, and competitive pricing trends.
- Maintain detailed account and opportunity tracking through the company CRM.
- Represent Corrim at trade shows, AIA events, and regional industry gatherings.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to support strategic planning.
- 7–10 years of proven sales experience, ideally in building materials, construction products, or related industries.
- Strong background in territory management, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Skilled in presenting to architects, design teams, and contractors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and travel schedules.
