Position Overview

Roof Scientist and Grime Fighters Soft Wash is seeking to add a sales position to our growing team! Any good driven salesperson loves the opportunity of commission based earnings! Our team is looking for hunters that are highly driven to generate self‑initiated sales! There is possibility for an hourly salary on top of commissions for sales persons who prove their expertise and show the dedication required to fulfill the position.

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in our growing team by generating revenue through the sale of our products and services. This position operates on a straight commission basis, providing ample opportunities for earnings based on performance. In addition to selling primary services, you will have the chance to upsell supplementary services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue.

We are seeking individuals who are self‑motivated, results‑driven, and eager to contribute to our dynamic team environment. Sales consultants will also be provided with company generated sales leads through or various lead sources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and actively pursue sales opportunities to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Present product and service offerings effectively to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to secure agreements with customers.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or products to maximize revenue potential.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales orders, and revenue projections.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a commission‑based environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry products and services is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
