Job Requirements
Hours:
1st Shift: Monday-Friday; 7am-3pm.
Reports to:
Embroidery Finishing Supervisor.
FLSA Status:
Non-Exempt.
Pre-Employment Screening:
Background Check, Education Verification, Drug Test.
As an embroidery shipping associate on 1st shift, you will:
- Drive the 4imprint brand by shipping customers high-quality embroidered items and ensuring timely delivery for event dates.
- Perform the entire book out and shipping process for the Embroidery Department following UPS and Fed Ex shipping processes.
- Accurately update shipping methods when required to meet event dates.
- Physically handle large volumes of packages in a fast‑paced environment.
- Enter packages correctly into the shipping system.
- Act as a backup for Embroidery Associates when needed.
- Participate in training classes and pursue professional development.
- Assist in other areas when time allows.

- High school diploma or equivalent (or willingness to earn equivalency within the first 12 months of employment).
- 0-1 year of experience in a similar field.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced production environment.
- Prior date entry and computer experience.
- Previous inventory or shipping experience preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds (see Physical Requirements).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Excellent multitasking and detail orientation.
- Fluency with computers and ability to process alphanumeric data quickly and accurately.
All essential duties and responsibilities require successful performance of physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds, and ability to move quickly in a busy environment. Refer to the physical requirements form for full details.
