• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation includes Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives. Additional compensation may be paid at $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Vision associates focus on supporting customers in the eye care center. They assist with verifying prescription information, aiding customer purchasing decisions, and completing lens and eyewear orders. Responsibilities may vary based on state regulations and licensing.
