We are seeking an Operator to join our team. The Operator will be responsible for operating various PVC dip molding and coating ovens. No experience necessary.
Responsibilities- Operate ovens
- Set up machines according to specifications and established routing instructions
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy according to supplied prints
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Hang and rack metal parts to prep for dip molding and/or coating
- Trim, inspect, un‑rack, package, and palletize after the oven process
- Assemble parts as needed
- Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to periodically lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week.
Schedule- 10‑hour shift

- No weekends
