Do you have strong mechanical skills and are able to manage multiple responsibilities at once? Are you solution-oriented and have strong attention to detail? Castle Pierce is in growth mode and is seeking an experienced digital press operator/plating technician. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, monitoring, and operating a digital press. You will ensure that all printed material is in conformance to specifications, print is consistent, and all quality standards are met.

You will be responsible for setting up, continuous monitoring, feeding material and adjusting ink throughout a run all while keeping a focus on speed to market.
