Job Overview
ACI is a high-quality coatings specialty business with locations in West Bend, WI and Oshkosh, WI. Since 1983, ACI has specialized in the application of liquid primers, topcoats, military coatings, specialty coatings, zinc phosphate, and aluminum conversion coatings.
ACI’s process layout allows us the flexibility to handle even the most demanding requirements for our customers.
- Loading and unloading of parts on the paint line and/or wash lines.
- Hang parts in accordance with proper methods and colors to ensure ease of painting.
- Visually check parts for defects/craftsmanship.
- Accurately document all physical inventory movements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Act as paint relief support for breaks and lunch.
- Complete necessary identification, paperwork, and quality inspections.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a job shop environment is preferred, but not required.
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills
. - Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- A strong work ethic with a solid attendance history.
