Position DetailsMaintenance Technician – Night Shift | $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Location:
Clintonville, WI
Pay: $24.00 – $31.83/hour + $1.00/hour premium for hours after 6 PM
Schedule:
6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (training may occur on day shift)
Bonus: $5,000 sign-on paid in three installments: $1,000 at 90 days, $1,000 at 6 months, $3,000 at 1 year
Night shift premium: $1.00/hour after 6 PM
Vacation: 40 hours for night shift employees (prorated)

About the RoleAs a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and upgrading a variety of production equipment, building systems, and facility infrastructure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment
- Perform product/machine changeovers and preventative maintenance
- Operate diagnostic and measurement tools and maintain accurate work order records
- Follow safety procedures, GMP, and SQF guidelines
- Operate a wide range of shop tools and equipment (welders, presses, grinders, etc.)
- Support a positive and safe work environment
- Train and assist other team members as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment or Associate’s degree in a trade field
- Minimum score of 40–49 on the Ramsey Maintenance Test
- Proficiency in fabrication skills (welding, machining, etc.)
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Ability to read schematics, prioritize workload, and work with minimal supervision
- Strong communication, judgment, and decision-making skills
- Must be available to work flexible shifts for coverage as needed
