In-House role. Join our team to calibrate, test, and repair instrumentation ensuring accurate measurements for thread gages, plain rings and plugs, gage blocks, pin gages, length standards, and more.

Location:

Oshkosh, WI | Salary: $53,100.00 – $83,800.00

• Calibrate, test, and repair instrumentation to ensure accurate measurements including but not limited to thread gages, plain rings and plugs, gage blocks, pin gages, length standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of calibration and repair activities.
• Collaborate in a team environment while delivering tasks efficiently and with the highest quality.
• Provide on-site support to local accounts with occasional overnight travel.
• Perform other duties as assigned and thrive in a fast‑paced lab environment.

• Strong critical thinking and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to quickly adapt to custom software platforms.
• Strong basic math skills and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.

High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in calibrating test and measurement equipment is preferred. Experience using Supermicrometer, Laser Ruler, and/or Linear Measurement Machine is preferred. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
