Description Team Leader- 2nd shift- ACI Oshkosh. Advanced Coatings is seeking a qualified team leader to engage, motivate and set a strong example for our employees while managing the E-Coat Line at our Oshkosh Facility. ACI Core Values:

Advanced Coatings, Inc. is looking for a Team Leader on 2nd shift to join our team at our Oshkosh, WI facility. The ideal candidate would be able to do the following: create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture; set clear team goals; executing the day to day schedule and managing the changing needs of our customers daily; delegate tasks and set deadlines;
oversee day-to-day operation; monitor team performance and report on metrics; motivate team members; discover training needs and provide coaching; listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts; recognize high performance and reward accomplishments; encourage creativity and risk-taking; suggest and organize team building activities. ACI is setting new standards for innovation, efficiency, flexibility and quality in the specialty coating industry.
