Salary Range: $79,930.50 – $91, 357.50 annually

Join the City of Oshkosh as an Economic Development Services Manager. Lead strategic initiatives in Community and Economic Development, overseeing professional staff and fostering public/private partnerships to drive economic growth. Manage division operations and budgets while spearheading innovative development programs.

• Management & Administration:
  Lead the Economic Development Services Division. Supervise and develop staff; manage division budgets and performance standards.
• Strategic Development:
  Implement programs for business expansion and redevelopment. Support policy formulation and maintain economic plans.
• Business Engagement:
  Partner with local organizations to attract and retain businesses. Develop financial structures and partnerships.
• Redevelopment & Negotiation:
  Oversee redevelopment projects; negotiate with stakeholders. Ensure project compliance and deadlines.
• Policy & Representation:
  Propose economic policies and represent the division in Council meetings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Planning, or related field.
• 4-6 years of business development experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Ability to obtain IEDC certification within 2 years.
