Position OverviewCiville is seeking an Account Manager to manage relationships with our law firm clients and guide them through their website and digital marketing strategy.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable speaking with clients about websites, SEO, and digital marketing performance, while also coordinating internally with our design, development, and marketing teams.
The right candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Civille clients
- Lead client calls to review website performance, SEO progress, and marketing strategy
- Communicate client needs and project updates to internal teams
- Coordinate website builds, updates, and marketing initiatives
- Monitor performance metrics, including traffic, rankings, and lead generation
- Identify opportunities to improve client results through additional marketing strategies
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Experience in account management, client success, or client services
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Familiarity with websites (Word Press) and digital marketing concepts
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategy
- Experience working with law firms or the legal industry
- Familiarity with paid advertising (Google Ads, Local Service Ads)
- Experience with Hub Spot or other CRM tools
- Background in a digital agency environment

This is a hybrid position based in Oshkosh, WI, typically requiring two days per week in the office, with the remainder remote.
