Apply for the Technical Support Specialist role at J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc.
Hybrid schedule: 2 days per week in office, 2 days partit from home.
Available Shifts- Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Provides client support for Technology Solutions products/services via phone, email, chat, etc., meeting department metrics for number of calls and resolution time.
- Guides customers on the use of software applications and hardware devices.
- Independently analyzes and resolves support issues following proper troubleshooting steps and identifying underlying causes.
- Follows escalation families to deliver a seamless customer experience and enable effective resolution by the team.
- Tracks all customer interactions, including contacts, suggestions, and resolution outcomes, in tracking software.
Education and Experience
- High School graduate or GED.
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a high‑volume environment.
- Experience supporting mobile or cloud‑based applications a plus.
- Able to learn and use a variety of software applications.
- Experience with smartphone applications.
- Strong technical aptitude and interest.
- Proficient in PC usage and able to switch seamlessly among multiple systems.
- Comfortable using a variety of applications and connected devices.
- Commitment to outstanding client service.
- Quality‑mindful and detail‑oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Professional communication skills across phone, email, chatrooms, etc.
- Empathy and de‑escalation skills.
- Starting pay of $21.50/hr.
