Position: Bilingual (Spanish) Front Office Recruiting Specialist

Compensation

$20 - $23/hour DOE

Position Overview

This role is a hybrid of Recruiting Specialist and Front Office Coordinator, but make no mistake — recruiting is the heart of this position. You’ll be the first point of contact for job seekers, guiding them through our process, leveraging AI recruiting tools, and helping them find the right opportunities. You’ll also support onboarding and play a key role in building our talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus – ~80%)
  • Welcome and assist walk-in and call-in applicants, directing them to our AI-powered recruiting tools
  • Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms
  • Conduct phone interviews and initial candidate screenings
  • Actively source candidates through resume databases, job boards, and social media
  • Coordinate in-office interviews with Employment Specialists
  • Facilitate onboarding for new associates, including paperwork, orientations, and compliance
Front Office Coordination (Secondary Focus – ~20%)
  • Serve as the professional and friendly face of the office
  • Answer phones and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Support administrative tasks related to recruiting and associate management
