Base pay range$24.99/hr - $25.00/hr
Program Details- Shift: NOC (Overnight)
- Pay Rate: $25/hour

Edenbrook Oshkosh
- Must commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Must work every other weekend
- Perfect attendance required – no call‑offs
- This exclusive pay rate is only available to CNAs hired during this time
- Provide quality care in a supportive environment
- Offer individualized attention to help residents maintain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Support residents' needs related to incontinence care, mobility, range of motion, and communication
- Maintain skin integrity by preventing pressure ulcers, skin tears, and other injuries through proper care and repositioning
- Perform assigned tasks from the floor nurse, including vital signs, weighing residents, applying creams/ointments, and collecting specimens
- Follow individual care plans and contribute to the care planning process by reporting resident needs, preferences, and behavioral changes
- Document medical records accurately while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed at all times
- Promptly and courteously answer and respond to call lights
- Assist with new admissions, re‑admissions, and resident transfers within the facility
- Communicate effectively and interact tactfully with residents, families, visitors, and team members
- Attend and participate in departmental meetings and training sessions
- Active CNA certification in the state of Wisconsin
- A strong passion for providing high‑quality patient care
