ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, evaluate and revise a plan of care of assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Travels. Provide direct care, delegate and supervise nursing care in accordance with applicable Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrate clinical competence; manage patient care; improve quality of care; establish professional relationships; utilize professional skills; fulfill responsibilities of the hospital; and develop clinical expertise per specialty.
Supervises Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides and Techs.
- Two (2) years of experience, or one (1) year of Critical Care experience, or one (1) year of dialysis experience combined with two (2) years in the Medical/Surgical field.
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
- Current, valid, and active driver’s license.
- Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.
- Current ACLS and BLS certification from a Vibra Travels‑approved vendor (AHA preferred and required by some clients).
- Other certifications may be required by the client, e.g., CDN, CNN, CHN, CPDN.
