Overview
Evergreen now has an opportunity for a Med Passer to join our Memory Care Unit as an Assisted Living Caregiver for the PM shift. This position pays an extra $1 per hour.
Shift hours are: 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm (8 shifts per 2-week pay period) or 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm (5 shifts per 2-week pay period).
Responsibilities- Ensure resident needs are promptly met (such as call lights, personal requests, and activities of daily living)
- Administer medications, observe for side effects, and maintain accurate documentation
- Report changes in residents conditions to the unit nurse in a timely manner
- Document care and services provided accurately and promptly
- Preferred CBRF certifications
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Volunteering for any open shift earns $4/hour pick-up pay
- Competitive wages $15.75 base, $2/hour shift differential; plus $1/hr for Medication Administration, with annual wage increase opportunities
