Evergreen now has an opportunity for a Med Passer to join our Memory Care Unit as an Assisted Living Caregiver for the PM shift
. This position pays an extra $1 per hour.

Shift hours are: 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm 8 shifts per 2‑week pay period, or 3pm to 11pm
, 5 shifts per 2‑week pay period.

• Ensure resident needs are promptly met (such as call lights, personal requests, and activities of daily living)
• Administer medications, observe for side effects, and maintain accurate documentation
• Report changes in residents' conditions to the unit nurse in a timely manner
• Document care and services provided accurately and promptly

• Preferred CBRF certifications
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills

• Volunteering for any open shift earns $4/hour pick-up pay
• Competitive wages $15.75 base, $2/hour shift differential; plus $1/hr for Medication Administration
