. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in mechanical design for off-highway vehicles
, truck subsystems
, and new product development
, along with the ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.
- Design and develop mechanical systems and components for off-highway vehicles
- Lead and support new product development (NPD) and product enhancement initiatives
- Coordinate technically with customers to understand requirements, estimate design efforts, and plan engineering activities
- Develop and validate designs to ensure compliance with engineering standards and manufacturing readiness
- Work closely with offshore teams for part design and development activities
- Support truck subsystem and component development
- Ensure timely delivery of design activities with minimal customer supervision
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 8–10 years of experience in mechanical/design engineering
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems for off-highway vehicles
- Proven experience in truck subsystem and component development
- Hands‑on experience with Zuken CATIA V5
- Working knowledge of Windchill PLM
- Experience in customer coordination and technical discussions
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Experience working with global or offshore engineering teams
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Understanding of design validation and manufacturing processes
- Work on innovative off-highway and truck platforms
- Collaborative and global engineering environment
