10 is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer for a full-time, direct-hire position with a manufacturing organization located in the Oshkosh, WI area. This role is onsite. Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on skill and experience level.
The Senior Reliability Engineer is responsible for interpreting, planning, and executing Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) requirements for complex vehicle systems. This role partners closely with engineering, testing, manufacturing, and customer stakeholders to influence design for maintainability, analyze failure data, and recommend improvements that enhance product reliability and lifecycle support. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, customer-facing experience, and a background in heavy equipment, automotive, or manufacturing environments.

- Perform reliability, maintainability, safety, and human factors analyses for vehicle components and subsystems in accordance with engineering standards.
- Analyze failure data and conduct Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) in collaboration with Design Engineering.
- Apply FMECA, DFMEA, Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) methodologies.
- Interpret test data and manage Test Incident Report (TIR) processes, including database queries and analysis.
- Participate in system design reviews to influence design for maintainability and lifecycle support.
- Recommend and support the implementation of Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, test, aftermarket support, provisioning, publications, and validation.
- Prepare and present technical reports to leadership and customers.
- Provide technical guidance to associate engineers and specialists.
- Support configuration control, design reviews, and integrated project team meetings.
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders regarding technical requirements and solutions.
- Perform work autonomously while proactively reporting project status and risks.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related STEM field).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in reliability and maintainability engineering within a heavy equipment, automotive, agricultural, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong data analytics, mathematical, and statistical skills with experience evaluating failure data.
- Experience performing DFMEA and other reliability analyses (5+ years preferred for advanced DFMEA expertise).
- Strong understanding of vehicular systems and system integration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to operate in a customer-facing role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and CAD models.
- Ability to work onsite and travel occasionally (less than 10%).
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. as a W2 employee.
- Manufacturing, automotive, or heavy equipment background.
- Advanced technical writing skills.
- Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with reliability software tools, CAD platforms, or engineering lifecycle management systems.
- Programming or scripting experience (e.g., VBA).
