Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm

• Handle daily customer requests: purchase orders, shipping updates, complaints, and documentation
• Build strong customer relationships and act as their main point of contact
• Work with internal teams to solve issues and support customer needs
• Maintain accurate records in the ERP system
• Assist Accounts Receivable with past-due invoices
• Discuss forecasts, demand, opportunities, and satisfaction during customer interactions
• Support account managers for larger accounts; proactively check in with smaller accounts
• Share ideas to improve processes and tools
• Meet customer success performance goals

• High School Diploma;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of customer service experience; manufacturing preferred
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• ERP experience preferred
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Works well independently and as part of a team
