Job Description
The Warranty Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting warranty operations by ensuring efficient documentation, processing, and resolution of warranty repairs and claims. This role collaborates across various teams to uphold quality standards, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster continuous improvement efforts aimed at reducing labor and material costs.
Responsibilities- Document and maintain all warranty repairs using a database filing system.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve repetitive warranty claims.
- Coordinate with customers to schedule service technicians for on‑site warranty repairs.
- Arrange travel and logistics for service technicians, including flights, rental vehicles, lodging, funding, and work locations.
- Maintain working knowledge of newly developed products.
- Initiate work order numbers for incoming warranty requests.
- Create no‑charge sales orders, track parts, and provide shipment tracking using the ERP system.
- Utilize warranty management and Microsoft Office tools to support daily operations.
- Associate’s degree and three years of related experience.
- Strong data entry and documentation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive self‑starter with strong attention to detail.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two or more years of relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Prior services and/or warranty experience.
The work schedule is from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with flexibility required to accommodate international calls and customers. Overtime might be necessary at times.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Oshkosh, WI.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 – $24.00 /hr.
