Summary
The Administrative Assistant, Marketing will work to advance aviation and EAA by assisting the Marketing, Communities & Chapters departments with support to Air Venture Presentations and Workshops scheduling, programming, and execution. Secondarily, the candidate will create a positive impression of EAA through courteous and helpful responses to phone calls and greeting guests at the front desk.
Position Roles/Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to Air Venture Presentations and Workshops group, including but not limited to, working with presenter submissions, scheduling presentations, entering data into Presentations Content Management System, collecting, organizing presenter submissions, corresponding with presenters via email, phone and other means, proofing Air Venture Schedule,
