Dietary Clerk--Office; part-time

Evergreen has an opportunity for a skilled Diet Clerk to join its Culinary Services office team! Along with a full benefits package, we offer many fun perks such as a free meal each shift, employee appreciation events throughout the year, and paycheck deductions options to name a few!

Work during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, for 6 hours each day, 30 hours per week. Flexibility for specific shift times i.e. 8am-2pm, 9am-3pm. Candidates must also be able to work occasional evenings to conduct household audits and/or assist with other business needs.

Hourly wage starts at $16.00 per hour, based on experience.

• Manage resident menus and related recordkeeping, production sheets
• Modify menus as needed, gain knowledge of interdisciplinary care planning, process and corresponding paperwork
• Perform quality audits as assigned
• Respond promptly to communications, follow through on commitments made to residents, families, visitors and employees in a timely, professional manner
• Accurately maintain all diet and supplement lists

• Working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Experience with planning, reporting, documentation, customer service
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize
• Applicants with prior related experience in institutional or restaurant food service preferred
• Must be age 18
